We’re looking for an Inhouse Experience Manager who’s all about creating a vibe where everyone feels appreciated, supported, and pumped to do their best work. You’ll be the heartbeat of our office, making sure everything runs smoothly so that our team, clients, and guests always feel at home.
Here’s what you’ll get to do:
- Keep the team spirit high and make sure our workspace is more about joy and less about chores.
- Be the wizard behind the curtain for all things Google Workspace, Slack, and any tool that keeps us connected.
- Make sure we have what we need without breaking the bank.
- Be the go-to for any tech hiccups or IT magic that’s needed (and hand over to our tech support if things get complicated…).
- Chat with our landlords to keep our space looking sharp and functioning well.
- Handle the ins and outs of daily office life, from parcels to perfecting our meeting spaces.
- Champion a tidy and welcoming space – think less clutter, more comfort.
- Roll out the red carpet for visitors, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive.

- Tech doesn’t intimidate you; you’re comfortable with IT stuff and chatting with tech support.
- You have previous experience of working in an office environment or behind a front desk in hospitality.
