We’re looking for a driven Senior Account Manager to spearhead our presence in Denmark. This role goes beyond day-to-day campaign management, it’s about building client trust, driving new business, and positioning Inc Media as a leading influencer marketing partner in the Danish market.

Role Overview
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer campaigns and social activations. You’ll be equally comfortable developing new client pitches as you are analyzing campaign KPIs always with an eye on delivering results, strengthening relationships, and driving growth for both clients and our own business.
It is a diverse role, where you have the opportunity to grow, handle strategic yet fast-paced tasks, and use both brain and social skills to achieve results. Our client relationships are key, and you will be a big part of nurturing these.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and business goals.
- Develop project plans for influencer marketing campaigns, considering client objectives, target audience, and budget constraints.
- Manage client partnerships through planning, budgeting, contracting, and forecasts.
- Proactively develop additional business initiatives for existing clients.
- Handle daily client and influencer communication efficiently and resolving issues.
- Execute campaigns from start to finish, ensuring all elements are delivered within deadlines and budget scope.
- Ensure relevant campaign KPIs are accurate, monitored, and met.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and follow-ups with clients.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences and market trends.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting results and recommendations.
- Work across internal departments to guarantee seamless collaboration.
- Network with contacts, influencers, and people relevant to our business.
Qualifications:
- Relevant postgraduate or professional degree in marketing and/or communication.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing from an agency or brand.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and influencers.
- Proficiency in using campaign management software and analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative campaign ideas and solutions.
