Chief Commercial Officer
We’re looking for a dynamic Chief Commercial Officer to lead our commercial growth and be a part of taking Inc Media to the next level.
You will be shaping strategy, driving revenue, and positioning Inc Media as a leading influencer marketing partner in the industry. As CCO, you’ll be responsible for defining and executing our commercial vision, nurturing key client relationships, and ensuring that every initiative delivers measurable business impact and profitability.

This role is both strategic and hands-on, balancing long-term business planning with the agility needed to deliver strong results in a fast-moving industry. You’ll oversee commercial performance, new business development, and client success, ensuring every partnership delivers measurable impact and value.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute Inc Media’s commercial strategy, driving growth, profitability, and client retention.
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee commercial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and new business initiatives.
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities and partnerships within the influencer and social media landscape.
- Provide executive oversight of campaign delivery, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across teams to deliver integrated, high-performing outcomes.
- Inspire and mentor team members, cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous growth.
ABOUT YOU
- 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, sales, and client strategy, ideally within a fast-growing agency environment.
- Proven track record of driving growth, managing key client relationships, and delivering measurable business results within influencer marketing.
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep understanding of the influencer and digital media landscape.
- Confident communicator and collaborative leader who thrives in a dynamic, high-performance environment.
