ROLE OVERVIEW
Patriksson Talent is seeking a Campaign Coordinator to join our team, working with a curated portfolio of international Talents to coordinate and execute partnerships for brands within the beauty, fashion and lifestyle space.
This is a role for someone early in their career but ready to operate at a high level, where attention to detail, strong communication skills and a clear sense of ownership are essential. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of talent and brand, ensuring a smooth process and alignment across all stages of a campaign, from brief to final delivery.
You will be responsible for managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring that all aspects of a campaign are executed according to plan and campaign brief. Acting as the key point of coordination between talent and brand, you will oversee schedules, safeguard agreed contract terms, and support ongoing dialogue around content delivery and expectations.
Working closely with our Talent Managers, you will play a central role in maintaining structure, clarity and consistency across all assignments. You are digitally fluent, highly organized, and attuned to the pace and nuance of the social media and talent landscape.
The position is based in London.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and support the execution of signed partnership campaign across our talent roster.
Manage timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment across briefs, contracts, and content delivery.
Maintain clear, responsive and professional communication with both talent and clients.
Monitor campaign progress and support post-campaign reporting, including performance analysis.
Prepare and submit accurate invoicing documentation to the finance team.
Contribute to the upkeep of Patriksson Talent’s own digital channels with relevant content.
Act as a representative of Patriksson Talent in relevant industry contexts.
Stay informed on talent activity, partnerships and broader industry movements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Relevant postgraduate or professional degree.
Previous experience within influencer marketing or related fields is highly meritorious.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, clients and talent.
Proactive and solution-oriented, with a service-minded approach and strong sense of accountability.
Genuine interest in fashion, beauty, culture and the evolving digital landscape.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
