We’re looking for a sharp, collaborative communicator with a strong interest in culture, media, and brand-building.
In this role, you’ll support communications work across fashion, lifestyle, and beauty, helping shape stories, spark visibility, and build strong relationships. Whether it’s coordinating a press send-out, managing guest lists, or ensuring the right stories land with the right voices, you’ll help make our clients seen, heard, remembered and measured.
You are a hands-on, organised, curious, and collaborative communicator with a passion for storytelling, precision, and pushing brands into the spotlight.
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the magic: Support seamless execution of client projects, from timelines to task tracking and deliverables, always keeping internal teams and clients aligned and informed.
Support the story: Assist in writing press materials, pitches, and messaging that inspire interest, spark dialogue, and position brands at the center of conversation.
Fuel visibility: Coordinate media and influencer outreach, support PR activations, guest lists, and events that elevate brand reach.
Collaborate and keep momentum: Support your team by helping move projects forward, making sure tasks are completed with care, on time, and with a shared sense of purpose.
Be a bridge: Keep communication flowing between clients, creatives, and collaborators, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Stay plugged in: Track industry trends, social buzz, and cultural shifts, and feed your findings into creative thinking and campaign planning.
Measure the moment: Help monitor media coverage, social engagement, and campaign results and turn learnings into insights.
QUALIFICATION AND PERSONAL QUALITIES
- A sharp organiser with a can-do attitude who thrives on multitasking and getting things done.
- 1-3 years of experience in PR, communications, or media.
- A relevant postgraduate or professional degree within the communications field.
- Experience from working on the agency side with thorough understanding of marketing and branding practices.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves – whether that’s writing a timeline, booking a courier, or pitching an idea.
- Digitally fluent and comfortable navigating media lists, project trackers, and emerging platforms.
- Solid writing skills in Swedish and English and the ability to turn ideas into compelling content.
- Curious about the creative industries and tuned into what’s next in media, culture, and communications.
- A team player who loves to learn, grow, and help others do the same.
