Patriksson Sweden is seeking a Client Director to join our dynamic team. This is a senior client-facing role for someone who thrives on building relationships, running complex projects from end to end, and unlocking new business opportunities. You are not only the day-to-day client lead but a trusted partner, ensuring delivery excellence while continually identifying ways to drive growth for both our clients and the agency.
This role goes beyond operations. You take ownership of the work, define scope, align teams, and steer integrated deliveries. You keep the pulse across communications, influencer marketing, brand experience and creative development. You set direction with confidence, solve problems swiftly, and inspire both internal teams and clients with your clarity and ambition.
We are looking for someone with senior-level experience in client service and project leadership, ideally within a creative or communications-driven environment. You have worked across disciplines and markets, at an agency, consultancy or in-house at a brand. You understand what it takes to keep work moving, stakeholders aligned and teams motivated. You are a relationship-builder at heart, with a commercial mindset. Pitching new ideas and driving organic growth come naturally to you. You take pride in helping brands reach their full potential through smart thinking and seamless execution.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead client relationships and project delivery, ensuring strategic alignment, quality execution, and commercial performance across projects.
- Lead teams from strategy to concept to activation, working closely with multidisciplinary collaborators throughout the process.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables from end to end.
- Guide and support internal teams through clear briefings, structured planning, ongoing coaching, and sharp feedback.
- Champion excellence in every interaction, ensuring that work exceeds expectations and drives measurable results.
- Play an active role in business development, identifying new opportunities and nurturing long-term client growth.
QUALIFICATION AND PERSONAL QUALITIES
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or client leadership, ideally from an agency, consultancy, or client-facing role.
- A strong understanding of multi-market brand building and cross-channel marketing, including social and digital.
- Proven experience in leading teams, managing budgets, and steering large-scale projects to success.
- Confident presenter with strong analytical thinking able to turn data and insight into compelling strategic direction
- Curious, flexible, and future-facing. You spot opportunities where others see challenges.
- A passion for creativity and culture, paired with an understanding of emerging trends and how brands can stay ahead.
