JOB DESCRIPTION
Patriksson Sweden is looking for a Client Lead who understands that strong client relationships are built on trust, strategic insight, and consistently excellent delivery. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on navigating complexity, building meaningful partnerships, and identifying opportunities that strengthen brands and grow business.
You'll be the strategic partner clients rely on, the leader internal teams look to for direction, and a key driver of both creative excellence and commercial growth. You'll work across strategic and creative development, communications, influencer marketing, and brand experience, bringing strategic clarity, business understanding and collaborative leadership to everything we do.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead client relationships and project delivery, ensuring strategic alignment, quality execution, and commercial performance across projects.
Lead teams from strategy to concept to activation, working closely with multidisciplinary collaborators throughout the process.
Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables from end to end.
Guide and support internal teams through clear briefings, structured planning, ongoing coaching, and sharp feedback.
Champion excellence in every interaction, ensuring that work exceeds expectations and drives measurable results.
Play an active role in business development, identifying new opportunities and nurturing long-term client growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years in senior client-facing roles within brand strategy, marketing, or communications, from agency, consultancy, or corporate environments
Proven track record managing cross-functional teams, substantial budgets, and complex deliveries across markets and channels
Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate research and insight into compelling strategic recommendations
Deep understanding of multi-channel brand building, with awareness of evolving trends in social, digital, and cultural marketing
Above all: curiosity, responsiveness, and a truly collaborative approach, with a commitment to creating meaningful work with others
