We’re seeking a Digital Specialist to drive strategy, reporting, and performance across digital channels, combining strategic insights with hands-on execution to fuel client growth.
The Digital Specialist is our in-house expert on digital strategy, performance, and paid activation. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across social media, analytics, and growth marketing to deliver measurable results.
You’ll own key analytics tools and lead the setup, execution, and optimization of paid and boosting campaigns. Staying ahead of trends, you turn data into actionable insights and make digital activation a true growth driver for clients and the business.
Collaboration is key, you’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure digital strategies are integrated, effective, and ROI-driven.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital and paid social strategies that drive measurable growth.
- Advise clients on digital performance, paid activation, and commercial impact.
- Manage analytics, reporting, and optimization using tools like Google Analytics.
- Collaborate across creative, commercial, and product teams to integrate digital expertise.
- Build relationships within the digital landscape to identify new opportunities.
Proven experience in digital strategy and performance marketing is essential.
