ROLE DESCRIPTION

Patriksson is looking for a Senior Event Producer to join our team, working across a range of local and international clients within fashion, beauty, tech, and the wider creative industries.

As a Senior Event Producer, you are a key driver of our productions. You lead projects from idea to execution, translating creative concepts into clear, actionable plans and high-quality results. Working in close collaboration across strategy, creative, and communications disciplines, you help shape productions that combine cultural relevance with exceptional execution. Your work spans everything from shoots and films to events, brand activations, and immersive experiences.

You are highly skilled in leading complex productions, with a strong understanding of both event and campaign formats. You bring a sharp creative perspective, stay closely attuned to trends and cultural movements, and have a genuine interest in the evolving communications landscape.

Working across multiple projects, you ensure each production is delivered on brief, on time, and within budget, while continuously elevating both creative output and production value.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead productions end-to-end, often in direct dialogue with clients

  • Translate creative ideas into structured, executable production plans

  • Drive both event and campaign productions with a strong creative and strategic perspective

  • Ensure feasibility across budgets, timelines, and scope

  • Contribute actively to creative development and production ideas

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources

  • Collaborate across internal teams and international markets when needed

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and talent

  • Lead on-site production, securing delivery and documentation

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience within creative production

  • Proven experience leading both event and campaign productions from concept to completion

  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and agency workflows

  • Creatively driven with a sharp eye on trends, movements, and the broader communications landscape

  • Well-connected within the creative and production network

  • Skilled in translating ideas into clear presentations and production frameworks

  • Solution-oriented, flexible, and confident in navigating complex projects

  • Strong interest in emerging technologies and AI-driven creative workflows

  • Experience with simple rendering, sketching, visualisation tools, and presentation software is considered a plus

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

This is a permanent position based at our Stockholm HQ, with a 6-month probation period. Start date according to agreement. Interviews are held continuously, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
