COMMUNICATION COORDINATOR
Patriksson Oslo is looking for a Communication Coordinator to join our team and work with a variety of clients, both local and international, within the creative industries.
As Communication Coordinator, you will be part of the Communications team, supporting and coordinating a wide range of projects and activities across PR, brand communications, influencer relations, events, and cultural initiatives. This is an entry-level position with great opportunities to grow within the agency — whether towards becoming a specialist or developing into a broader communications and brand role.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITES
Support and coordinate daily communication and PR activities across client accounts
Assist with project management tasks including timelines, budgets, proposals, reporting, and administrative follow-up
Coordinate and maintain relationships with media, key opinion leaders, influencers, talents, and relevant industry stakeholders
Monitor media, social media, cultural movements, and trends, sharing relevant insights internally
Support planning and execution of events, activations, campaigns, and productions
Participate in strategic and creative processes related to client projects
Support with reporting, analysis, and evaluation of communication activities
Collaborate closely with internal teams across multiple projects and disciplines
Contribute to maintaining structure and smooth workflows within ongoing projects
Assist with showroom activities, product send-outs, and other coordination tasks when needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree within Communication, PR, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields
Strong interest in brands, lifestyle, fashion, culture, media, and the creative industries
Social, outgoing, and confident in building relationships and professional networks
Naturally curious and highly aware of what is happening within social media, news, culture, and society
Structured and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment
Detail-oriented with good administrative and coordination skills
Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
This is a permanent position with a 6-month probation period. Employment start will be according to agreement, we would prefer a start in August or September.
This position is based at the Patriksson Oslo office, Parkveien 60.
